I have been a property developer in Tasmania since 2003, conducting a number of subdivisions around the state. I have had a project in Bicheno and have known and worked with Robert Evans from L J Hooker Bicheno for the past 7 years.
Robert and his team assisted me to buy an undeveloped property and also assisted me with presenting the concept proposal to council, going through the planning process, developing the 55 lot residential sub division in 3 stages and then selling the blocks.
